• Check-In: Itemized inventory of each object. Any anomalies are immediately noted and reported.
   
• Vault: Media are assigned a location in our secure, fireproof, temperature/humidity controlled storage vault: a stable, safe storage environment for magnetic media; whether your objects are designated for permanent storage with us, or are here for digitization, reformatting, or repurposing.
   
• Transfer/Digitization: At George Blood LP, we are proud to have a committed, experienced, award winning, talented staff of professional engineers. Our highly experienced staff, in conjunction with the highest quality audio/video/film/data equipment in the industry, state-of-the-art studios, and robust computing/software/storage, means that your historic media is processed at the highest standards possible.
   
• Quality Control: Our QC process includes validation of all file names and content against cataloging data supplied by the client, and proofreading of all embedded metadata. Each file receives an MD5, SHA1 or SHA256 checksum while on our storage. The checksum is copied to and verified on delivery media, assuring the files you receive match the files created and can be used for future validation of authenticity.
